Are Five Products legal in my state?

All of Five’s products are federally legal per the 2018 Farm Bill. We ship to all 50 states. Hemp Laws are continually becoming stronger and if you have any questions, do not be afraid to reach out!

Will Five products make me “high”?

Yes, these are cannabis products that contain THC and therefore, they will get you high- that's why you're here right? We do recommend starting slow and stick to the serving size to see how our products effect you, then you can adjust as needed. Please note, all our products are for folks 21+, so enjoy responsibly.

Will I fail a drug test if I use Five products?

Yes – Long term use of Five CBD products will result in a failed THC drug test. Although these products are federally legal per the 2018 Farm Bill, our full spectrum extract contains detectable amounts of THC.

What kind of testing is done on Five products?

Why don't you ship internationally or to Canada?

While Hemp-derived products are legal in several countries, regulations vary by location, making it much more difficult to ship. Sorry guys! Sending you high fives virtually though.

What is your return policy?

First time customers have 30 days to return their product for a full refund. If you received something due to error- let our customer care team know so we can help you! what is delta-9?

delta-9 thc is one of the most important natural compounds hemp makes -alongside cbd, it's hemp's primary active ingredient. delta-9 thc's status as a cannabinoid means it's able to activate your body's endocannabinoid system and instill feelings of balance, relaxation, and calm.

What are Terpenes?

Many people know terpenes as the compound that give hemp and marijuana plants their unique aromas. Yet, many people do not know that these terpenes do so much more than just making hemp smell good. Recent research shows that these terpenes work together with cannabinoids to create a variety of effects in the body.

Terpenes are not only found in hemp and marijuana. Some terpenes such as limonene are also found in citrus. Limonene has been shown to be helpful in aiding gastrointestinal issues. Terpenes like linalool and myrcene are great at helping relax and fight stress.

What is a Minor Cannabinoid?

A Minor Cannabinoid is any other cannabinoid besides CBD found in hemp. Since CBD is by far the most prevalent cannabinoid found in hemp, the other cannabinoids are referred to as the minor cannabinoids. These minor cannabinoids include THC, CBG, CBC, CBN, and over 100 others. Each cannabinoid has its own unique effect on the body.

Flavonoids provide a variety of health benefits through cell signaling pathways and antioxidant effects. Flavonoids are compounds in plants that give plants their pigmentation (color), filter out UV rays, attract pollinators, and prevent plant diseases. While beneficial to the plant, they also provide key health benefits when consumed.

What is the Endocannabinoid System?

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a system that is in the body of mammals, like us. Made up of receptors, enzymes and endogenous cannabinoids (the cannabinoids made by your body), this system has receptors located in the brain and throughout the central and peripheral nervous systems.

There are two main types of receptors in the ECS, CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are primarily located in the central nervous system and brains of mammals, and CB2 are generally found in the peripheral nervous system and immune cells.
